   刘刚,男,1979年生,厦门大学公共卫生学院教授、博士生导师。

   国家优青,教育部新世纪优秀人才,中国生物医学工程学会青年委员, 中国生物材料学会青年委员, 中国电子商会智慧医疗专业委员会常务委员,《中国CT和MRI杂志》副总编辑,福州大学生物科学与工程学院兼职教授。

   刘刚博士多年来围绕高灵敏度、高特异性多功能分子影像探针的可控设计、构建及医学应用评价等方面开展研究工作,发展了一系列新型高灵敏的磁学、光学、光声分子影像探针,提高细胞、分子成像示踪监测的精确性;设计合成了新颖的诊疗一体化多功能纳米材料,探索无创靶向药物/基因治疗及实时影像监测;优化等离子光热/光动力协同治疗方法并增强治疗效果,为实现个体化医疗模式提供条件。作为项目负责人主持国家自然科学基金优青、面上项目、青年基金项目及教育部科学技术研究重点项目等课题10余项。2012年入职厦大以来作为通讯作者在PNAS、Nat Commun、Adv Mater等国际知名杂志发表SCI论文20余篇。此外,参编World Scientific、Elsevier、SpringerWiley出版社发行的英文专著8部并申报中国发明专利10余项。

Dr. Gang Liu is aprofessor at Xiamen University in China. He received his MD degree from North SichuanMedical College (China) in 2002 and PhD degree from Sichuan University (China)in 2009. Subsequently, He focused his training on nanomedicine and molecularimaging at the National Institutes of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering(NIBIB), National Institutes of Health (NIH) under the supervision of Dr.Xiaoyuan Chen (2009-2011). In 2012, Dr. Liu joined the Center for MolecularImaging and Translational Medicine (CMITM), Xiamen University. He is nowworking in the field of Biomedical Engineering to develop various bio-inspirednanomaterials for cancer theranostic. His scientific work has been published as80 papers in prestigious journals (Adv. Mater., Account Chem. Res., ACS Nano,Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Biomaterials, Biotechnol. Adv., Chem. Soc. Rev., NanoToday, Nat. Commun., PNAS, Small, etc.), 8 invited book chapter, and 11 patents.The awards he received include IMRC Outstanding Symposium Paper (MaterialsResearch Society, 2008), Distinguished Young Investigator Award (SichuanProvince, 2011), Youth Science and Technology Award (Sichuan Province, 2011),Natural Science Award (First-class, Sichuan Province, 2012), New CenturyExcellent Talents in University Award (Fujian Province, 2013), New CenturyExcellent Talents in University Award (Ministry of Education of China, 2013),Excellent Young Scientists (NSFC, 2014). Now he is serving as editorial boardmembers for several journals including Am J Nucl Med Mol Imaging and QuantImaging Med Surg.
