研究领域(Research Area)

针对人类病毒性传染病的病原体开展分子病毒学与免疫学研究,主要涉及流感病毒、肠道病毒和Epstein-Barr病毒等病原体。重点研究病原体靶标蛋白的抗原性变异规律、表位特征及生物学功能等,为研制病原体的诊断试剂、治疗性抗体药物和疫苗提供支持,在广谱免疫策略和广谱治疗性抗体筛选方面有独到经验。

Our group is dedicated to study the molecular virologyand immunology of human pathogens. Our primary studying subjects are influenzavirus, enterovirus, and Epstein-Barr virus and our aims are toreveal the changing antigenicity of target viral proteins; their key epitopesand their biological functions. Our final goals are to develop diagnostic kit,therapeutic antibody, and vaccine against specific viruses.  We have maintained a leading position inexploring strategies to elicit broad reactive antibodies.
