【案例摘要】

黏膜消毒是一种常见的医疗操作，用于预防和控制黏膜感染。然而，传统的消毒剂在使用过程中存在一些问题，如刺激性、毒性和耐药性等。因此，寻找一种高效、低毒、生物相容性好的黏膜消毒剂是非常重要的。海洋聚多糖作为一种天然产物，具有广泛的生物活性和生物相容性，因此被认为是一种潜在的黏膜消毒剂。

本案例旨在研究海洋聚多糖抗菌凝胶作为黏膜消毒剂的性能，并探讨其在糖尿病创面中的实际应用效果。通过实验室制备海洋聚多糖抗菌凝胶，并对其稳定性、抗菌性能、毒性和糖尿病创面有效性进行评价。结果表明，海洋聚多糖抗菌凝胶具有良好的抗菌活性，无毒性、刺激性，兼具创面抗感染、抗炎和调节创面微环境。因此，海洋聚多糖抗菌凝胶有望成为一类新型的黏膜消毒剂

Abstract

Mucosal disinfection is a common medical operation used for the prevention and control of mucosal infections. However, there are some problems in the use of traditional disinfectants, such as irritation, toxicity, and drug resistance. Therefore, it is very important to find a mucosal disinfectant with high efficiency, low toxicity and good biocompatibility. As a natural product, marine polysaccharides have a wide range of bioactivities and biocompatibility, and are therefore considered as a potential mucosal disinfectant.

This case aims to study the performance of marine polysaccharide antibacterial gel as a mucosal disinfectant and to explore its practical application in diabetic wounds. Marine glycan antibacterial gels were prepared through the laboratory, and their stability, antimicrobial properties, toxicity, and diabetic wound effectiveness were evaluated. The results show that the Marine glycan antibacterial gel has good antibacterial activity, non-toxic, irritant, both anti-infection, anti-inflammatory and regulated wound microenvironment. Therefore, marine polysaccharide antibacterial gels are expected to become a new class of mucosal disinfectants.
