【案例摘要】
社区干预研究对老年人慢性病有效防控措施的探索至关重要，在我国老龄化形势日益严峻，老年健康问题愈发突出的背景下，公共卫生专业人员必须具备社区干预研究的技能。本案例取材于福建省高校重点实验室卫生技术评估实验室、厦门大学公共卫生学院卫生经济与政策暨老年健康研究中心所承担的国家自然科学基金项目，以厦门市为例，针对老年人轻度认知功能障碍，进行社区干预研究，探索有效干预措施，以有效延缓甚至阻断其进展为目前尚无有效药物治疗的老年痴呆。通过对该案例的剖析，进行社区干预研究设计及实施的相关教学工作，使学生掌握社区干预研究的基本概念、方案设计与实施、数据管理与分析、效果评价等内容，培养学生开展社区干预研究的能力。

Abstract
Intervention study is crucial to the exploration of effective prevention and control measures for chronic diseases for the elderly in community. With the increasingly rapid and sever aging, and prominently health problems among the elderly in our country, it is important for public health professionals to have the skills to conduct intervention study in community. This case is drawn from a project funded by National Natural Science Foundation of China. The Health Technology Assessment Laboratory of Fujian Provincial University Key Laboratory and the Centre for Health Economics and Policy and Geriatric Health Research, School of Public Health, Xiamen University, conducted this intervention study on mild cognitive impairment for the elderly in community to explore effective interventions to effectively delay or even interrupt its progression to the currently untreatable Alzheimer's disease. This study is helpful for teaching work related to the design and implementation of intervention studies in community. Through this study, we can enable students to master the basic concepts, research design and implementation, data management and analysis, and evaluation on effects of intervention studies in community, so as to develop their ability to conduct intervention study in community.
