    【案例摘要】

    目前癌症依旧是威胁人类生命健康的一大重要因素,根据最新的癌症数据统计结果显示各类癌症的发病率、死亡率在全球仍处于较高水平,寻求高效的肿瘤治疗方法至关重要。放射性核素主要用于癌症的早期诊断和治疗,具有良好的转化前景,根据其半衰期的长短,主要分为用于疾病早期诊断的短半衰期核素和用于疾病治疗的长半衰期核素,然而放射性核素存在代谢时间快、体内循环时间短等问题。化疗药物能有效抑制癌细胞的生长,但容易产生恶心、呕吐、脱发等副作用,并且不能有效区分正常细胞与癌细胞,且靶向性较差。因此在本研究中采用纳米递送系统,将放射性核素与化疗药物通过纳米制剂的形式递送至体内,不仅可以有效降低药物的毒副作用,还能提高靶向肿瘤的能力,增强其药代动力学,从而达到协同治疗的目的。通过对本案例的学习,可以让同学们了解当前国内外核医学和纳米医学的发展现状,学习实验方案的设计,培养科研性思维。

    Abstract

    At present, cancer is still an important factor threatening human life and health. According to the latest cancer data statistics show that the incidence and mortality of cancer is still at a high level over the world. So, it is important to seek efficient tumor treatment. Radionuclides are mainly used for early diagnosis and treatment of cancer, with good transformation prospects, according to the length of their half-lives, mainly divided into short half-life nuclides for early diagnosis of diseases and long half-life nuclides for disease treatment, but radionuclides have problems such as fast metabolism time and short circulation time in vivo. Chemotherapy drugs can effectively inhibit the growth of cancer cells, but they are prone to side effects such as nausea, vomiting, and hair loss, and cannot effectively distinguish between normal cells and cancer cells, and are poorly targeted. Therefore, in this study, the nano-delivery system is used to deliver radionuclides and chemotherapy drugs in the form of nano-preparations, which can not only effectively reduce the toxic side effects of drugs, but also improve the ability to target tumors and enhance their pharmacokinetics, so as to achieve the purpose of synergistic therapy. Through the study of this case, students can understand the current development status of nuclear medicine and nanomedicine at home and abroad, learn the design of experimental protocols, and cultivate scientific research thinking.
