【案例摘要】

社区“养护康”一站式智慧养老服务作为一种集养老、护理、康复、保健、疾病预防等一体化的新型养老模式，是发展民生事业、积极应对人口老龄化和推行“健康中国”战略的重要抓手和突破口，发展这一模式有利于完善和优化我国的养老服务体系。本案例取材于福建省高校重点实验室卫生技术评估实验室、厦门大学公共卫生学院卫生经济与政策暨老年健康研究中心所承担的国家自然科学基金项目，以某保险上市公司（A）为例，通过研究社区“养护康”一站式智慧养老服务模式的现状及前景，使学生掌握政策方案可行性论证的目的、任务及操作步骤。

Abstract

As a new elderly care model integrating elderly care, nursing, rehabilitation, health care and disease prevention, community "care health nursing " one-stop smart elderly care service is an important starting point and breakthrough point for developing livelihood undertakings, actively responding to population aging and implementing the "healthy China" strategy. Developing this model is conducive to improving and optimizing China's elderly care service system. This case is based on the National Natural Science Foundation project undertaken by the Health Technology Evaluation Laboratory of Fujian Provincial Key Laboratory of Higher Education and the Health Economics and Policy and Elderly Health Research Center of Xiamen University School of Public Health. Taking a listed insurance company (A) as an example, the current situation and prospects of the community's "care health nursing " one-stop smart elderly care service model are studied to enable students to grasp the purpose of feasibility study of policy solutions Tasks and operational steps.
