【案例摘要】
皮肤是人体面积最大的器官,也是人体与外界环境接触的重要屏障。由于物理缺损、糖尿病等因素在皮肤及周边软组织形成的难愈性创面,如治疗不及时会导致病情逐渐发展加重,甚至导致区域性坏死。
基于上述背景,本案例通过研究完成海洋聚多糖新型纳米银凝胶的制备、设计和实验样品研发,凝胶型抗菌消毒剂材料、抗感染功能和生物安全性评价的实验室验证;研制和筛选对指示菌具有杀灭作用、兼具创面消毒、抗炎和局部微环境调节功效的海洋聚多糖新型纳米银抗感染凝胶。

Abstract
The skin is the largest organ in the human body and an important barrier between the human body and the external environment. Refractory wounds formed in the skin and surrounding soft tissues due to physical defects, diabetes and other factors, if not treated in time, will lead to the gradual progression and aggravation of the disease, and even lead to regional necrosis.
Based on the above background, this case study completed the preparation, design and experimental sample development of a new type of nano-silver gel for marine polysaccharides, and the laboratory verification of gel-based antibacterial disinfectant materials, anti-infection function and biosafety evaluation. A new type of nano-silver anti-infective gel with killer effect on indicator bacteria, wound disinfection, anti-inflammatory and local microenvironment regulation effects was developed and screened.
