Dr. Huayun Shi obtained her PhD degree with a Chancellor’s International Scholarship in the Department of Chemistry at University of Warwick (UK) under supervision of Prof. Peter Sadler (Fellow of Royal Society) in 2019. Her research focuses on the development of novel photoactive platinum complexes with azido ligands in cancer therapy and their mechanisms of action. She has published more than 20 SCI papers and has been awarded research grants with a total value more than £360,000 (¥3.3 million).
