2026年,入选教育部国家级领军人才项目。

科研领域

抗病毒的单抗筛选:利用细胞模型和重组抗原等进行抗病毒的单抗筛选,如HIV中和单抗、识别免疫优势表位单抗等的筛选。

功能性表位研究:应用生物传感器、分析超离、微量热等方法研究抗原-抗体的相互作用,尝试解析免疫复合物的空间结构,鉴定功能性表位的特征。

基于表位的抗原研究:利用基因工程重组技术表达获得含有功能表位的抗原或颗粒化抗原。
